Proofly respects your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. This page outlines our data deletion policy and how you can request the permanent deletion of your data from our systems.

By default, Proofly operates on a "zero-retention" model for standard API calls and dashboard usage:

If you have an account or have contacted support, we may retain your email address and communication history. To request complete deletion of this personal data from our systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@proofly.in from the email address associated with your account/inquiry.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, explicitly state that you wish to have all your personal information permanently deleted from Proofly's databases.

3. Processing Time

Upon receiving a verifiable data deletion request, we will permanently erase your personal data from our active databases within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain data if required by law, for tax and accounting purposes, or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes (e.g., maintaining a blacklist of malicious IPs to protect our infrastructure).
