1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Proofly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Proofly provides AI content authenticity detection. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the detection models.
• Use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request limits or disrupts the service for others.

3. Accuracy of Analysis

While Proofly utilizes state-of-the-art forensic detection models, AI content detection is probabilistic. Our platform returns a probability score and confidence level. Proofly does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You should not rely solely on Proofly's output for critical legal, financial, or academic decisions without secondary verification.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding files uploaded by users), features, algorithms, and models are and will remain the exclusive property of Proofly and its licensors. The Proofly name, logo, and design are trademarks of Proofly.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Proofly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
